I don't build podcasts.
I build the room. You build the relationship.

Get the people your business needs to know across the table for 90 minutes.

Relationship first. Business second. No pitch required.

You're great at what you do.
Getting in front of the right people is the bottleneck.

What if instead of trying to get their attention —

they said yes to sitting across from you for a real conversation?

Four phases. One system.
Message first. Brand last.

Phase 1
The Magnetic Message
We find who you need in front of you, build the angle that makes them say yes, and test it with real prospects — before spending a dollar on production.
No brand. No logo. No production. We prove the message works first.
Phase 2
The Recording Phase
The yeses are coming in. You have valuable conversations, build real relationships, and bank 8–12 episodes — all before anything goes live. I serve as your executive producer.
The right people are sitting across from you. No pitch. No awkward agenda. Just a conversation worth having and a relationship worth building.
Phase 3
Brand + Launch
Now we build the brand and launch — backed by a proven message and a vault of real content. Full production, editing, shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and a launch built to turn the conversations you've already created into a real media asset.
Most people build the brand first and pray the audience comes. We build the audience first. The brand just gives it a home.
Phase 4
The Growth Engine
The show is live. Now we compound — weekly episodes, short-form clips, high-value guest targeting, and intentional relationship follow-up. A relationship and content engine — without building an internal media team.
The show opens the door. What those relationships become happens naturally afterward.

What this looks like in practice.

The Operator's Code
Business opportunities before Season 2 even launched.
Strategic guest relationships turned into behind-closed-doors business conversations — without pitching on the podcast. Built around a 30-year operator who knows how to scale businesses through people, process, technology, and distribution — and built the show to get other serious operators in the room.
The Family Captain
80% of inbound clients. 500K+ views.
Built the podcast into the primary inbound engine for a faith-driven men's leadership company — using the show to build trust at scale and move the right men toward the business.
Calm Under Fire
9X ROI from the podcast.
Designed the show and the strategy behind it around a clear business outcome — turning the podcast investment into measurable return.
The Florida Forge
Multi 5-figure contract by Episode 3.
A guest relationship turned into a major engagement before the show officially launched. No pitch. Just a relationship that made sense for both sides.
Run To The Hard
120K+ views. 4-figure monthly revenue.
A grief ministry built through podcasting — growing an audience and generating recurring revenue that helps fund a mission supporting families stuck in grief.
Across Client Shows
800K+ views. Multiple paths to measurable business results.
Inbound clients. ROI. Revenue. Strategic relationships. Major contracts. The outcome changes. The principle doesn't: build the relationship first and let business follow.
Additional client results and specifics are shared privately when relevant.

This works for a specific kind of person.

Good fit
  • B2B services · $1M–$10M revenue
  • Founder-led · no internal marketing team
  • High-value clients · long or relationship-driven sales cycles
  • Growing primarily through word-of-mouth and relationships
  • One client relationship worth $10K–$100K+
  • Willing to invest 3–6 months building relationships that compound
Not a fit
  • B2C, retail, or direct-to-consumer
  • Already has a CMO, Marketing Director, or Head of Growth
  • Under $1M or over $20M revenue
  • Needs viral content or immediate revenue
  • Wants the podcast completely delegated
  • Sees every guest as someone to pitch

7 years ago, I shut down a successful business because God told me to.

No backup plan. Brand new home. Three kids under three. Everyone thought we were crazy.

My wife and I crawled into a loft in a Tennessee cabin, sat in silence, and prayed.

The one word that came back:

podcast.

I'd already seen what a podcast could do.

In 2019, I started one because I wanted to get in the room with dads who were physically, financially, and relationally where I wanted to be.

It worked.

The podcast gave me a reason to have conversations I otherwise never would have had.

Then I decided to learn how to do it intentionally.

I invested heavily in learning the business side of podcasting and became part of an ecosystem using this methodology that has generated more than $1M in results for its clients.

That's when I realized the real opportunity wasn't just building an audience.

It was building the right relationships.

Over the last two years, I've put that into practice: real client shows, real relationships, real business outcomes — and a system for producing them intentionally.

Dad of 6. Husband of 1. I genuinely want to know your story.

Jesus is King.

Interested? Let's talk.

A short conversation to see if there's a real fit. No pitch. If there isn't, I'll say so.
